This is a masterclass in warm modernity—designed to foster conversation, relaxation, and refined living in equal measure. Bathed in natural light that filters through elegant French doors, the space connects seamlessly with a private study and garden beyond, creating a serene atmosphere that flows effortlessly across zones.
Interior Transformation.
The residence features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, a functional kitchen, and two bathrooms—one on the ground floor and one on the first. The dining area and lounge were reimagined to enhance flow and functionality, creating inviting spaces for relaxation and socializing. We opted for high-quality wooden flooring complemented by a soothing greish-white paint palette, achieving a minimalist aesthetic that appeals to modern sensibilities.
3D Visualization.
At the heart of the room is a sculptural stone coffee table, flanked by plush, low-slung seating that invites hours of comfort and ease. Rich wood paneling adds a tactile warmth to the backdrop, balanced by the softness of earthy textiles and neutral-toned upholstery. Carefully selected elements—like the sculptural lighting and curated decor pieces—strike a perfect balance between minimalism and texture.

We prioritized quality materials and expert craftsmanship to ensure a durable and aesthetically pleasing environment. The renovation utilized high-grade wooden flooring, enhancing warmth and elegance throughout the interior. We carefully selected sustainable materials that not only meet contemporary design standards but also contribute to the overall functionality of the space.
